Schneider stacking system

Features

  • The rigid corner pillars interlock when folded
  • The feet of the SchneiderBox on top plunge 100 mm into the SchneiderBox below

Advantages

  • The fact that the feet from the SchneiderBox on top can set into the box underneath it provides for flat storage, allowing 12 boxes at a time to be stacked on the truck
  • By stacking them one inside the other, a much more stable block storage is created, so that 24-fold stacking is possible
  • The Schneider stacking system prevents the stacked boxes from slipping during transport with a forklift, which increases work safety

Schneider Folding Mechanism

Features

  • Each side wall on a SchneiderBox can be opened and closed using 2 stainless steel torsion springs supports
  • the stainless steel torsion springs are located on the inside of the side walls

Advantages

  • One-sided operability from the front because the stainless steel torsion springs make it easy to set up the side panels
  • No component has to be lifted, the ergonomic design protects the health of your employees
  • When opened, the stainless steel torsion springs fix the side walls and prevent them from suddenly collapsing

Schneider Bars

Features

  • Spring steel bars made of stainless steel enable a form-fitting interlocking of the walls
  • The Schneider bars are located on the inside in the profiles of the front and rear wall
  • The closure can be opened by a smooth pressure mechanism

Advantages

  • The positive interlocking causes an even distribution of force on all 4 walls
  • The spring steel bolts on the inside are protected from impacts and corrosion, which ensures long-term functionality
  • Compared to the EPAL wire mesh box, the Schneider bars are much smoother and more user-friendly. While the latches of the EPAL wire mesh box are pulled to the side and constantly jam, the lock of the SchneiderBox can be opened by a smooth-running pressure mechanism

Schneider Feet Base

Features

  • The Schneider feet are built with thicker walls and additional weld seams compared to the EPAL mesh box
  • Integrated mounting options in the Schneider feet enable use in an automated system

Advantages

  • In the case of EPAL mesh boxes, around 50% of the reasons for repairs can be traced back to defects in the feet. The reinforcement in the Schneider feet means a longer service life for the SchneiderBox, which means that repair or replacement costs are noticeably reduced.
  • The SchneiderBox fits perfectly into your production process, which is optimized by robots and conveyor belts, thanks to the integrated mounting points.

Schneider Floor Frame

Features

  • Lightweight construction of the Schneider floor frame through the use of special profiles made from high-quality materials (steel grades)
  • Use of IPPC treated wood
  • Two undercarriage plates also stiffen the floor frame

Advantages

  • Resource-saving use of materials with the same load capacity (1,500 kg) as the EPAL mesh box
  • Can be used for worldwide logistics, as the use of IPPC treated wood means that international import regulations are implemented
  • The additional stiffening of the floor frame with two underlay plates increases the SchneiderBox service life and reduces their repair costs compared to the EPAL mesh box. Damage to the sub-floor causes approx. 25% of repairs to the EPAL mesh box.
